Private Limited Company Registration in Telangana
Register your Pvt Ltd company anywhere in Telangana with a CA-led team — SPICe+ filing, DSC, DIN, name approval, MoA & AoA drafting, PAN, TAN and GST. Telangana has one Registrar for the whole state, clearance deadlines written into an Act rather than a policy, and — right now — a district reorganisation under review. This page sets out what each of those means for a new company.
- One Registrar — no jurisdiction risk
- TS-iPASS route mapped
- DSC & DIN for all directors
- PAN, TAN & CIN included
- Payroll set to the 10th-of-month rule
- FDI & FEMA practice in-house
Telangana's Registrar Did Not Change. Almost Everything Around It Is Moving.
Telangana does not appear in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs reorganisation notified as S.O. 4850(E). The Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad handles every incorporation, name approval and ROC filing for all thirty-three districts, exactly as before, and Andhra Pradesh has its own Registrar at Vijayawada. There is nothing to correct there.
What has changed, or is changing, sits either side of it: the Regional Directorate above the Registrar was recomposed in February 2026, and the state's district map is under formal review right now. Neither is covered on any incorporation page we have looked at, and one of them has a deadline attached. For the process itself see our guide to private limited company registration in India; for the city, our Hyderabad page.
The Structural AdvantageOne Registrar for Thirty-Three Districts
The proviso to section 12(5) of the Companies Act 2013 bars a company from moving its registered office from one Registrar's jurisdiction to another within the same state without confirmation by the Regional Director — a special resolution, Form MGT-14, an application in Form INC-23 under rule 28, an order, then INC-28 and INC-22. It is the running story on most of the state pages we maintain.
| State | Registrars | Can an intra-state office move need a Regional Director's order? |
|---|---|---|
| Maharashtra | 4 | Yes — frequently |
| Tamil Nadu | 2 | Yes — Chennai against Coimbatore |
| Uttar Pradesh | 2 | Yes — Kanpur against Noida |
| Delhi | 2 | Yes — Delhi-I against Delhi-II |
| Telangana | 1 | No. Never. |
A registered-office move anywhere inside Telangana — Hyderabad to Warangal, Hyderabad to Nizamabad, Adilabad to Khammam — is a plain INC-22. No special resolution to the Regional Director, no Form INC-23, no order to wait for. That matters more than it sounds, and the next section explains why it matters right now in particular.
Happening Now, and We Have Not Seen It on Any Other Incorporation PageTelangana Is Redrawing Its District Map — Again
On 12 January 2026 the Chief Minister announced that a commission headed by a retired High Court or Supreme Court judge would be constituted to recommend a reorganisation of Telangana's districts within six months, following public consultations across the state, with a policy framework to be finalised after the budget session of the assembly.
This is the second such exercise in a decade. Telangana currently has thirty-three districts, created in October 2016 when twenty-three new districts were carved out of the original ten — the state more than tripled its district count in a single stroke.
Where it stands as at today: nothing has been notified. No new district count has been proposed and no boundaries have been published. What exists is a commitment to review, a commission, and a six-month timeframe — which, counted from 12 January 2026, means the commission's recommendations are due or imminent. We are telling you the timing, not predicting the outcome, and we would not want anyone to read a forecast into this.
And here is why it does not touch your company law position at all
This is the part worth understanding, because it is the direct opposite of a problem we documented on another of our pages.
What Delhi shows
The MCA notification splitting Delhi into two Registrar territories was written against Delhi's eleven districts. Delhi then reorganised to thirteen districts with effect from 1 January 2026. The MCA jurisdictions took effect on 16 February 2026 still naming a district that had been eliminated. When a Registrar boundary is defined by naming districts, redrawing the districts creates a mismatch.
Why Telangana cannot have that problem
Because there is no district line inside RoC Hyderabad's territory to disturb. The Registrar's jurisdiction is the whole state. However the commission redraws the map — more districts, fewer, different boundaries — every one of them still files with RoC Hyderabad, and the proviso to section 12(5) still cannot be triggered by a boundary being moved.
So: your company law position is structurally insulated. Your local registrations are not. A district reorganisation can affect your shops and establishments registration, your dealings with the District Industries Centre, any incentive claim keyed to a district, and the local authority you deal with day to day. Those are the things to watch when the commission reports — not your CIN, not your Registrar, and not your ability to move a registered office.
If you are choosing between sites in Telangana this year and one of them sits near a district boundary, it is worth a conversation before you sign a lease. Not because your company is at risk, but because a claim keyed to "District X" is worth checking against a map that may be redrawn within months.
The Regional Directorate Above You Was Recomposed in February 2026
With effect from 16 February 2026, the Regional Directorate (South-Eastern Region) at Hyderabad covers the States of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Telangana.
It lost Karnataka, which moved to a newly created South-Western Region directorate at Bengaluru. And it now covers Chhattisgarh and Odisha, neither of which appears under any other directorate in the new table. So this was not a contraction — Hyderabad is now the company-law appellate centre for a four-state block running from the Deccan across central India to the east coast.
For a Telangana company that means the applications a growing business eventually files — compounding of offences after a missed filing, condonation of delay, shifting a registered office from one state to another, certain name-change directions, fast-track mergers under section 233 — are heard in your own state. Most companies in India cannot say that.
Two things we will not claim. That Odisha came across from Kolkata and Chhattisgarh from Ahmedabad is our reading of the notification table plus geography, not a transfer we have seen documented. And we have no idea yet what any of it has done to disposal times — the change is six months old and there is no published data. Our Hyderabad page sets this out in more detail.
What Telangana Actually SellsClearance Deadlines in an Act, Not a Brochure
Almost every Indian state promises single-window clearance in a policy document. Telangana put its into the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System Act, 2014 — TS-iPASS — and gave applicants a statutory right rather than an assurance.
30 days for clearances
Sections 12(2) and 12(3) require the District and State Committees to give clearances within thirty days.
15 days for mega projects
Section 7(3) requires provisional approvals for mega projects within fifteen days of a self-certified application, after preliminary scrutiny.
Deemed approval
Section 13(1) allows the Government to notify clearances where failure to pass final orders in the stipulated time results in deemed approval.
Penalties on the officer, not the department
Section 20(1) creates a statutory "Right to Clearances" and enables penalties on the designated officers for delay.
The honest limit, which we also give on the Hyderabad page: the Act does not itself fix the penalty amounts — those are left to notification under sections 19 and 26. The right exists at the level of the Act while its teeth depend on subordinate legislation. Self-certification is the other half of the design, and it shifts risk onto the applicant, which is exactly why the certifications going into a TS-iPASS application deserve review before filing rather than after an inspection.
Speed or Subsidy: Be Clear Which One You Are Buying
Telangana's incentive schemes are T-IDEA — the Telangana State Industrial Development and Entrepreneur Advancement scheme, for general entrepreneurs — and T-PRIDE, the parallel scheme for entrepreneurs from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The heads of assistance listed on the state's own iPASS portal are:
Heads of assistance
- Investment subsidy
- Power cost reimbursement
- Stamp duty reimbursement
- Interest subsidy
- Land cost rebate
And for newer businesses
- Seed capital for first-generation entrepreneurs
- Training and skill development support
- Quality certification support
- Patent support
We are not going to print percentages, and it is worth explaining why. The governing instruments are Government Orders — GO Ms No. 28 and 77 for T-IDEA and GO Ms No. 29 and 78 for T-PRIDE — and the state's own iPASS portal describes the schemes by reference to the period 2015 to 2019. Neither the portal nor the consultant material we checked publishes rates or ceilings we could verify against a current source.
So the honest position is this: the schemes exist, the heads of assistance are as listed, the governing GOs are named above, and what is actually payable today should be confirmed against the operative Government Order before it goes anywhere near a business plan. We will do that for your specific project. What we will not do is quote you a subsidy percentage we cannot stand behind.
Which points to what Telangana is really offering
Put the two halves of this page side by side. Telangana legislated its clearance timelines — deadlines in an Act, deemed approval, personal liability for officials. Its incentive framework rests on Government Orders that the state's own portal still describes by a 2015–2019 period.
That is not a criticism; it is a reading of where the state has put its effort. Telangana's proposition is speed and predictability rather than the deepest subsidy in India. If your constraint is time to production — getting a plant cleared, built and running before a market window closes — that is a genuinely strong offer, and one very few states can match with a statute behind it. If your constraint is capital subsidy, states such as Maharashtra, with published ceilings of up to eighty per cent of fixed capital investment in Vidarbha and Marathwada, or Karnataka, with full stamp duty exemption on industrial land outside the Bengaluru ring, will very likely serve you better — and we will tell you so before you incorporate rather than after.
Profession Tax, and the Earliest Monthly Deadline in India
Telangana levies profession tax under the Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987, carried over unchanged from the undivided Andhra Pradesh statute at the 2014 bifurcation.
| Monthly salary or wage | Profession tax per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Up to ₹15,000 | Nil | — |
| ₹15,001 – ₹20,000 | ₹150 | ₹1,800 |
| Above ₹20,000 | ₹200 | ₹2,400 |
The rate is unremarkable. The deadline is not. Telangana requires the Form V statement and the deducted tax by the 10th of the following month — reported as the earliest profession tax deadline of any major state in India. Maharashtra and Karnataka work to the 15th or later; Tamil Nadu is half-yearly; Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan do not levy it at all. A payroll calendar imported from another state will be four or five days late in Telangana every single month, and it usually goes unnoticed until interest starts accruing.
Telangana is also not one of the three states where profession tax registration goes through SPICe+ — only Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal have it built into the incorporation form — so for a Telangana company it is a separate registration afterwards, and it is regularly missed. Compare states with our profession tax state finder, or hand it to us through profession tax registration and filing.
RoC Hyderabad, Regional Directorate, GST & AO Code
All thirty-three districts. Unchanged by the February 2026 reorganisation, and unaffected by any district redrawing.
Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Telangana — four states, heard within your own state.
Every Telangana GSTIN begins with 36. Andhra Pradesh is 37 — a transposition worth watching on inter-state invoices.
Separate registration, not through SPICe+, and the earliest monthly deadline in India.
Statutory timelines under the 2014 Act — 30 days for clearances, 15 for mega project provisional approvals.
GO Ms No. 28 and 77, and 29 and 78. Confirm the operative Government Order before relying on any figure.
Statutory positions change from time to time — and in Telangana this year, the district map may join them. Confirm current jurisdiction, rates and fees with us on your free call before you rely on them for a filing.

Why Telangana, and Where It Is Genuinely Strong
Life sciences at global scale
Genome Valley, a deep bulk-drug and formulations base, and a vaccine manufacturing cluster of international significance. For pharma, biotech or medical devices the vendor and regulatory ecosystem already exists here.
Statutory clearance deadlines
TS-iPASS is the substantive version of what most states put in a brochure — deadlines in an Act, deemed approval, and penalties attaching to named officials.
One Registrar, and your Regional Director in-state
No divisional boundary to check, no Regional Director's order needed to move a registered office anywhere in Telangana, and RD applications heard at Hyderabad.
A technology base that is not a single-company town
Global capability centres across finance, technology and pharma, plus a domestic product scene, with attrition and salary dynamics noticeably calmer than Bengaluru's.
Land and infrastructure that has kept pace
Planned industrial nodes, the outer ring road and a property market that has generally absorbed demand rather than choking on it — a real operating difference from several peer states.
What we will say plainly
Telangana is not the deepest-subsidy state in India, and its economy is heavily concentrated around one metropolitan region. If your model depends on a large capital subsidy, or on a mature industrial base well away from the capital, look carefully at the alternatives first.

Setting up an Indian subsidiary for an overseas parent? Use our foreign subsidiary set-up cost estimator instead — the cost structure is different.
Stamp Duty on MoA & AoA in Telangana
Stamp duty on the Memorandum and Articles is a state levy collected when SPICe+ is filed, and in Telangana it is linked to authorised share capital.
We do not publish a fixed table here, deliberately. Two states moved theirs in the last two years — Karnataka raised its incorporation duty fivefold in February 2024, and Maharashtra increased its Articles rate by half in October 2024. A figure printed on a website eighteen months ago is exactly how a founder ends up with a budget wrong by an order of magnitude. We quote Telangana duty against your actual authorised capital and confirm it before filing. Compare states with our stamp duty calculator, and estimate the central fee with our MCA fee calculator.
Do not confuse this with the stamp duty reimbursement available as a head of assistance under T-IDEA and T-PRIDE. That reimbursement concerns industrial land and is subject to the operative Government Order. The duty above is on your incorporation documents and is payable anywhere in Telangana.
Step-by-Step Registration Procedure
Settle the address, and if it is industrial, the TS-iPASS route
Your Registrar is the same wherever you are in Telangana, so there is no jurisdiction risk to manage. What matters is the local body — which sets your shops and establishments position — and, for an industrial project, getting the self-certifications right before they are filed.
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
A Class 3 DSC for every proposed director, through Aadhaar OTP or video KYC. For a foreign director the route is passport-based with notarisation and apostille, usually the longest item on the critical path.
Director Identification Number (DIN)
Allotted through SPICe+ itself for first-time directors. At least one director must be resident in India.
Name reservation and approval
Two proposed names through SPICe+ Part A. Check first with our company name availability tool. Names echoing the pharmaceutical majors headquartered here collide more often than founders expect — a trademark search is worth doing early.
Drafting MoA and AoA
Objects, share classes, reserved matters, transfer restrictions and board composition, aligned to any shareholders' agreement. For a life sciences or manufacturing project the objects clause will later be read against your TS-iPASS application and your pollution control consents.
Filing SPICe+ with RoC Hyderabad
SPICe+ Part B with AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35) and INC-9. Note that in Telangana AGILE-PRO-S will not carry profession tax — that is a separate registration afterwards.
Certificate of Incorporation, PAN and TAN
Issued with the CIN, naming RoC Hyderabad. Telangana stamp duty is collected at this stage.
Post-incorporation setup
Current account activation, GST registration, profession tax enrolment, shops and establishments, Udyam registration, and — if foreign money is coming in — the time-bound FC-GPR filing.
Documents Required for Registration
For Indian directors and shareholders
- PAN card (mandatory for Indian nationals)
- Aadhaar card
- Passport-size photograph
- Identity proof — Voter ID, Passport or Driving Licence
- Address proof — bank statement or utility bill, not older than two months
- Email ID and mobile number linked to Aadhaar
For a foreign parent or foreign director
- Passport and address proof, notarised and apostilled in the home country
- Board resolution of the parent authorising the Indian investment and naming the authorised signatory
- Certificate of incorporation and charter documents of the parent, apostilled
- Proof of the registered office — utility bill, NOC from the owner, and the rental or lease agreement
A residential address is valid anywhere in the state, and co-working works where the agreement and a utility bill in the provider's name are available. For a TSIIC or industrial plot, confirm the allotment position and permitted use before the address goes into the MoA.
Timeline & Cost Overview
| Stage | Typical time | What decides it |
|---|---|---|
| DSC for all directors | 1–2 working days | Same day for Indian directors with Aadhaar OTP; several days if a foreign director needs apostilled documents |
| Name approval (SPICe+ Part A) | 1–3 working days | Distinctiveness against a crowded pharma and technology registry |
| Drafting and signing MoA, AoA, INC-9 | 1–2 working days | Longer where a shareholders' agreement or a regulated-sector objects clause has to be reflected |
| SPICe+ Part B, AGILE-PRO-S processing | 3–5 working days | Registrar queue and whether the file attracts a resubmission |
| Total, clean file | 7–10 working days | A resubmission typically adds three to five working days |
| Total with a foreign parent | Usually 3–6 weeks | Driven almost entirely by the apostille, not by the Indian filing |
FDI, FEMA and the Filings That Follow Incorporation
Telangana's pharmaceutical and technology sectors both run on foreign capital. Incorporation is the easy half; the filings that follow are time-bound and the penalties for missing them are real.
Entry route
Most sectors permit 100% foreign investment under the automatic route. Pharmaceuticals are the live exception here — brownfield pharma is treated differently from greenfield under the FDI Policy, and given how much of Telangana's economy sits in that sector it is the first thing we check.
Entity Master and the Single Master Form
Before the first FC-GPR the company registers on the RBI's FIRMS portal through the Entity Master. Companies routinely discover this when the FC-GPR is already due.
Pricing and valuation
Shares issued to a non-resident cannot be priced below fair value on an internationally accepted methodology, certified by a merchant banker or chartered accountant. Section 56(2)(viib) and rule 11UA also apply on the income-tax side.
Form FC-GPR
Filed within 30 days of allotment. Allotment must happen within 60 days of receiving the money, failing which it is refundable within 15 days. FC-GPR filing →
Annual FLA return
The Foreign Liabilities and Assets return is due by 15 July each year for every company holding foreign investment, including years when nothing new came in.
FC-TRS on transfers
Any transfer of shares between a resident and a non-resident is reported in FC-TRS within 60 days. Secondary transfers are missed far more often than fresh issues.
Where there is a foreign parent there will usually be international transactions with associated enterprises, bringing transfer pricing documentation and Form 3CEB — and in Telangana's case very often intra-group R&D and contract manufacturing arrangements that need pricing properly from the first year. Outward remittances require Form 15CA and 15CB, and services exporters should check their STPI registration and Softex filing position. If the structure is a branch, liaison or project office rather than a subsidiary, see branch office, liaison office and project office registration, or our foreign subsidiary company service.
Licences & Registrations Applicable in Telangana
Applies to almost every Telangana company
- Profession tax — separate registration, due by the 10th each month
- Telangana Shops and Establishments registration — the one most exposed to a district reorganisation
- GST registration — on crossing the threshold, or immediately for inter-state supply, e-commerce and exports
- Udyam (MSME) registration — free, and it unlocks the 45-day payment protection
- EPFO and ESIC — applied for through AGILE-PRO-S; obligations bite at the statutory headcounts
- POSH — an internal committee is mandatory at ten or more employees
Sector and project-specific
- TS-iPASS application and self-certifications
- TSIIC plot allotment and transfer approvals
- TSPCB consent to establish, then consent to operate — before construction, not after, and the binding constraint in the pharma belt
- Drug licence and CDSCO approvals for pharmaceutical and device manufacture
- Factories Act licence and labour department approvals
- Import Export Code and AD Code for anything crossing a customs frontier
- FSSAI, PESO and sector registrations as applicable
- Trademark registration — in the company's name, not a founder's
Why Choose TAXAJ for Your Telangana Company
We read the statute, not the brochure
The TS-iPASS section numbers come from the Act itself, including the part the brochures leave out — that the penalty amounts are left to subordinate legislation.
We track what is actually moving
The district reorganisation commission is live, has a timeframe, and appears on no other incorporation page we have seen. We would rather tell you about it now than explain it after your incentive claim is filed.
We will not quote a subsidy we cannot verify
The T-IDEA and T-PRIDE Government Orders are named on this page and the percentages are not, because we could not confirm current rates. We check the operative GO for your project instead.
We set the payroll calendar to Telangana
The 10th-of-the-month profession tax deadline is the earliest in India and the commonest thing a company moving here gets wrong for months before anyone notices.
CA, CS and lawyer in one team
Incorporation, tax, GST, ROC, FEMA and legal drafting handled by one accountable team instead of four vendors who each blame the others.
We will tell you to go elsewhere
If your model turns on capital subsidy rather than time to production, we will say so — and point you at the states whose published ceilings we have actually read.
TAXAJ does not have an office in Telangana. We serve clients across the state from our offices in Delhi, Bengaluru, Bihar and Goa, and the entire incorporation is online — DSC by video KYC, documents by secure upload, filings through the MCA portal. We say this plainly because a firm that invents a local address on its website is telling you something about how it will handle yours.
Post-Incorporation Compliances
Immediate — first 30 to 180 days
- Bank account activation and deposit of subscription money
- Form INC-20A declaration of commencement of business within 180 days

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Registrar of Companies handles Telangana?
RoC Hyderabad, for all thirty-three districts. Andhra Pradesh has its own Registrar at Vijayawada. Telangana does not appear in the February 2026 MCA reorganisation notification, so the position is exactly as it was.
Do I need a Regional Director's order to move my registered office within Telangana?
No. The proviso to section 12(5) only bites when you move from one Registrar's jurisdiction to another within the same state, and Telangana has a single Registrar. Any move inside the state — Hyderabad to Warangal, Adilabad to Khammam — is a plain INC-22. In Maharashtra, which now has four Registrars, the equivalent move is a filing programme.
Telangana is reorganising its districts. Does that affect my company?
Not your company law position, and this is worth understanding. On 12 January 2026 the Chief Minister announced a commission headed by a retired High Court or Supreme Court judge to recommend a district reorganisation within six months. Nothing has been notified. But because RoC Hyderabad's jurisdiction is the whole state, there is no district line inside it to disturb — however the map is redrawn, every district still files with the same Registrar and section 12(5) still cannot be triggered by a boundary moving.
Then what would a district reorganisation actually affect?
Your local registrations. Shops and establishments, your dealings with the District Industries Centre, the local authority you deal with day to day, and — most importantly — any incentive claim keyed to a district. If you are choosing between Telangana sites this year and one sits near a district boundary, it is worth a conversation before you sign a lease.
How is this different from what happened in Delhi?
Delhi shows the problem Telangana cannot have. The MCA notification splitting Delhi into two Registrar territories was written against Delhi's eleven districts; Delhi then reorganised to thirteen districts from 1 January 2026; and the MCA jurisdictions took effect on 16 February 2026 still naming a district that had been eliminated. When a Registrar boundary is defined by naming districts, redrawing the districts creates a mismatch. Telangana has one Registrar covering the whole state, so no such mismatch is possible.
What changed for Telangana in February 2026?
The Regional Directorate. From 16 February 2026 the South-Eastern Region directorate at Hyderabad covers Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Telangana. It lost Karnataka to a new South-Western Region directorate at Bengaluru, so this was a recomposition rather than a contraction — Hyderabad now serves a four-state block. For a Telangana company it means compounding, condonation, inter-state office shifts and section 233 mergers are heard within your own state.
What is TS-iPASS?
The Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System Act, 2014 — Telangana's single-window clearance system, and unusually an Act rather than a policy. Sections 12(2) and 12(3) require clearances within thirty days; section 7(3) requires provisional approvals for mega projects within fifteen days; section 13(1) allows the Government to notify clearances where failure to decide in time results in deemed approval; and section 20(1) creates a "Right to Clearances" with penalties on the designated officers for delay. The Act does not itself fix the penalty amounts — those are left to notification under sections 19 and 26.
What incentives does Telangana offer, and how much are they worth?
The schemes are T-IDEA for general entrepreneurs and T-PRIDE for entrepreneurs from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, with heads of assistance including investment subsidy, power cost reimbursement, stamp duty reimbursement, interest subsidy, land cost rebate and seed capital for first-generation entrepreneurs. We deliberately do not publish percentages: the governing instruments are GO Ms No. 28 and 77 (T-IDEA) and GO Ms No. 29 and 78 (T-PRIDE), and the state's own iPASS portal describes the schemes by reference to the period 2015 to 2019. What is payable today should be confirmed against the operative Government Order before it goes into a business plan.
Is Telangana a good state for a subsidy-driven project?
Honestly, it is not what Telangana is selling. The state legislated its clearance timelines while its incentive framework rests on Government Orders whose stated period has passed. If your constraint is time to production, that is a strong offer with a statute behind it. If your constraint is capital subsidy, Maharashtra — with ceilings of up to eighty per cent of fixed capital investment in Vidarbha and Marathwada — or Karnataka, with full stamp duty exemption on industrial land outside the Bengaluru ring, will likely serve you better.
What are the Telangana profession tax slabs and deadline?
Nil up to ₹15,000 a month; ₹150 from ₹15,001 to ₹20,000; ₹200 above ₹20,000. The Form V statement and payment are due by the 10th of the following month — reported as the earliest profession tax deadline of any major state. Telangana is also not one of the three states where profession tax registration goes through SPICe+, so it is a separate registration after incorporation.
Can a foreign company own 100% of a Telangana subsidiary?
In most sectors yes, under the automatic route. Pharmaceuticals are the exception to check carefully given how much of the state's economy sits there — brownfield pharma is treated differently from greenfield under the FDI Policy. You will also need at least one director resident in India.
Do I need to be in Telangana to register a company there?
No. The whole process is online — DSC through Aadhaar OTP or video KYC, documents by secure upload, and filing through the MCA portal. TAXAJ has no Telangana office; we serve clients across the state from Delhi, Bengaluru, Bihar and Goa. You will need a genuine registered-office address in the state, which the Registrar can and does verify.
