Not at all. We specifically hire semi-qualified CA and CS candidates — those who have cleared Inter/Executive but are still pursuing Finals. For Legal roles, LLB pursuing students are welcome. For Accounts & Finance, B.Com / M.Com freshers are encouraged. We believe in building people, not just hiring ready-made ones.
No — but you need to be willing to learn. We train every new joiner on Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and AI tools like Claude. What we look for is an open mindset towards technology. Curiosity about AI is a definite plus — it's how you'll outpace peers at traditional CA firms.
No — it's optional and performance-based. High-performing team members are offered rotational assignments of 1–4 weeks at another office for specific projects or training. Travel and accommodation are fully covered by TAXAJ. You indicate your preference when applying and we respect it.
