Check LLP master data on the MCA portal<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to the MCA portal<\/strong> (mca.gov.in).<\/li>\n
  2. Open MCA Services \u2192 Master Data \u2192 View Company \/ LLP Master Data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the LLPIN<\/strong> (LLP Identification Number) or search by LLP name<\/strong>, complete the captcha, and submit.<\/li>\n
  4. The page shows the LLP’s status (Active\/Under Process\/Strike-off), date of incorporation, registered office, designated partners<\/strong> and other master data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Track a pending incorporation (SRN status)<\/h2>\n

    If you’ve just filed the incorporation form (FiLLiP<\/strong>) and are waiting, track it via MCA Services \u2192 Track SRN \/ Transaction Status<\/strong> using the SRN<\/strong> generated on filing. The status moves from \u201cPending for approval\u201d to \u201cApproved\u201d once the Certificate of Incorporation<\/strong> and LLPIN are issued.<\/p>\n

    Check name availability \/ reservation<\/h2>\n

    If you’re at the name stage, the RUN-LLP<\/strong> reservation status is tracked the same way via the SRN. A reserved name is valid for a limited period within which you must file FiLLiP.<\/p>\n
